  • I received the incorrect products, what can I do?
    • While we hope to always be accurate, sometimes mistakes happen. If you received the wrong item, color or size, please contact us at and we will get the right product out to you right away and email you a return label for the incorrect items.
  • I am unsatisfied with my order, what can I do?
    • We want you to be completely happy with your Naaz purchase. If something makes you feel less than fabulous, please initiate a return by emailing us at Just remember, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • I’m in a time crunch and need my order fast!
    • We are queens of last-minute shopping and know exactly how you feel. We have got you covered! Calculated expedited shipping options will be provided at check out so you can pick what works for you.
  • I absolutely must have something, but it’s out of stock!
    • We do our best to keep items in stock but some pieces just fly off the site. If you’re in love with something and missed out, email us at and let us know if you want to be on the Back In Stock reminder list.  Depending on the item, we can even special order some things for you.   • I live in Philly/New Orleans, can I pick up my order?
